Lehman and the pilot, Rich Day of Orchard Park, took the Geneseo Air Museum's resident B-17 "Fuddy Duddy" out for a test flight Thursday over downtown Buffalo in preparation for the 10th annual "Wings of Eagles" air show this weekend in Geneseo.

This plane is not the original "Fuddy Duddy," which was built in 1944 and sent to finish the war in the Pacific. That bomber was destroyed in a collision after 96 missions.

Today's "Fuddy Duddy" was re-created from a 1945-model B-17G that once transported Gen Cheap Cigarettes For Sale Online. Dwight D. Eisenhower and later was used to fight forest fires.

Even though it never saw any action, it looks as if it has been through a few dogfights. Nicks, chips and dents in the cockpit are the most evident signs of wear.

Gradually, museum staffers are restoring the bomber. Saturday and Sunday along with three other B-17s at the National Warplane Museum off Route 63.

"That's half the world's population of B-17s Duty Free Marlboro Cigarettes," Lehman said, noting that only nine are in existence Newport Cigarettes For Sale.
